01. DO NOT arrive at the venue for queuing before the specified time to ensure participant safety; overnight queuing is prohibited for safety reasons.

02. Follow the staff's instructions while in line. Report any line-cutting to the staff immediately. Once in the queue area, participants cannot save places for others, nor can one person represent multiple people in the queue.

03. Temporary sitting is allowed in the queue area before opening; after opening, please DO NOT sit or squat to prevent accidents such as falling or pushing. When leaving the queue area, please take personal belongings or trash.

04. If you need to take medication regularly, please carry it with you and ensure adequate sleep the day before the event.

05. When entering with a ticket, please ensure your hand stamp or wristband is stamped. Hand stamps or wristbands need to be presented at entry and exit.

06. Hand stamps: Tampering is not allowed, and please obtain a replacement at the information booth before the stamp becomes blurry.

07. Wristbands: DO NOT reuse; once a wristband falls off or shows signs of removal, it will be considered invalid.

Notes:

In summer, pay attention to signs of heatstroke when queuing, and remember to keep hydrated and use sun protection measures. If you feel unwell, seek assistance from on-site staff immediately. In winter, pay attention to staying warm.

Fitting Room Rules:

▶ Circle Coser: opens at 09: 30. Please enter the venue at circle entry time first, then dress up.

▶ Coser: opens at 10: 30. Please enter the venue first, then dress up.

Fitting rooms, fitting tents, and storage areas will be provided within the event venue.

01. DO NOT occupy the fitting rooms for a long time due to the limited number of fitting tents.

02. Fitting rooms will be divided into female and male sections. Please DO NOT enter a dressing room of a different gender (based on biological gender).

03. DO NOT dye, spray, or use any products that may stain the venue. Cutting wigs is also not allowed.

04. Personal items should be kept in the fitting room. Staff will regularly patrol and remove items.

05. Damages to fitting room walls, equipment, and fitting tents caused by abnormal use will be charged accordingly.

06. Please collectively maintain a clean environment in the venue. Dispose of trash in designated bins. If there are any issues in the fitting room area, please inform the staff for resolution.

Notice:

01. DO NOT wear makeup/dress up in non-dressing areas such as toilets, metro stations, and stores to avoid causing inconvenience to the general public and venue operators. Staff will regularly patrol the surrounding toilets.

02. DO NOT wear excessively revealing or inappropriate clothing for public occasions. Non-compliance may result in police intervention. For the costume restrictions, please see below.

03. DO NOT dress as military, police or any realistic professional that may cause panic. The organizers reserve the right to request a change of attire and departure from the event area.

04. Please conduct COSPLAY within the specified area.

06. DO NOT occupy the circle areas, aisles, entrances, etc., to prevent congestion and maintain order within the venue.

08. DO NOT perform unauthorized performances, set up large displays on booths, splash paint or damage the venue.

09. DO NOT engage in aggressive or inappropriate behaviour. If advice is repeatedly ignored, staff has the right to request the participant to leave.

10. Participants are encouraged to move in groups, avoid wandering off alone, and stay away from isolated areas to reduce the risk of encountering people with bad intentions.

11. If planning to arrive at the venue full-dressed, wearing a coat or taking a taxi is recommended.

12. In case of any accidents, please notify staff immediately.

13. Before leaving, please check if you have all your belongings. After the organizers announce the end of the event, Entrance and exit are only for the circle.

Storage Service Time: 10: 30-15: 30

01. 20 TWD/time. (Additional charges will apply if items are sent for storage again after retrieval.)

02. Remember to retrieve your items within the specified time.

03. Prohibited items include valuables, fragile items, food, and drinks.

04. Due to limited space, consolidate loose items into a single bag. If items are not consolidated into a single package, charges will be assessed per item.

05. Fill out the application form and collect a number tag when using the storage service. 50 TWD will be charged for lost number tags.
