Information Update Service:
01. The organizer will assist the overseas circle in translating information such as circle's tags and goods' tags into traditional Chinese and updating them on the event website's “Circle Overview” and “Goods Overview”.
02. Fill out the form in the email; the organizers will promptly update the information on the event website.
Booth Number Notification:
Booth numbers will be announced at 04/24(Wed.), and the “Booth Number Notification” will be sent within 3 business days.
★ Present the “Booth Number Notification” as the entry on the event day and enter with companions.
Event Cancellation:
After completing the payment, no refunds or transfer assistance will be provided. In the event of factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, outbreaks of government-announced infectious diseases, government orders, or other irresistible factors leading to the temporary suspension or cancellation of the event, please refer to the following handling methods:
01. If the rental fee of the venue or vendors can be refunded, the registration fee will be proportionally refunded to the circle. Refund announcements will primarily be made through the designated bank. If the circle provides a cross-bank account, transfer fees will be deducted.
02. If the rental fee of the venue or vendors can NOT be refunded, the registration fee will NOT be refunded to the circle.
03. If event suspension or cancellation requires the goods to be shipped back, cash on delivery will be used.

01. The circle image will not be printed in the physical event guidebook but used for the “Circle Overview” on the event website.
02. Ensure the image does not contain explicit content, malicious attacks, unauthorized creations, redrawn depictions, or real-life alterations.
01. The display area of circles is limited to the selected tabletop. Adjusting the arrangement is prohibited. DO NOT bring any tools to expand or push out the tabletop. In case of violations, the circle will be asked to remove the non-compliant portion; if not improved, the circle will be cancelled on-site without a refund.
02. DO NOT post posters on walls, glass, or pillars. If you wish to set up signs, please bring your pop-up poster stand and be mindful of the content, avoiding excessive exposure.
03. Various types of poster stands are limited to your booth width and space, must not occupy other circles or aisle space, and the overall height must be at most 200 cm.
04. DO NOT connect spotlights or play music in the circle area. The event does not provide a power supply. Use small lights that do not affect other circles if lighting is okay.
05. DO NOT place luggage in the aisle, blocking other participants from using public space.
06. DO NOT intentionally create queues or change the indoor configuration without permission.
07. DO NOT use bells, loudspeakers, or sound equipment for selling to avoid impacting other circles.
08. Please carefully guard money, mobile phones, or valuables to prevent theft.
09. The circle must complete the dismantling within 30 to 60 minutes after the organizers announce the end of the event for staff to tidy up the venue.
Pre-Event Setup:
01. The general pre-event setup times are approximately Friday, 16:00-17:00.
02. When entering and leaving, signing and confirming with the staff is required. After completing the setup, please cover the tabletop with a tablecloth.
02. DO NOT leave money, valuable items, or electronic devices unattended at the booth. The organizers are not responsible for the safekeeping of such things.
Guidelines for Selling Adult R18 Goods:
01. If a circle intends to sell adult-oriented or R18-restricted goods, it must indicate the age restriction on the cover or the good. The organizers do not provide related age restriction stickers.
02. During the event, adult-oriented or R18 content must be sealed. Proper covering must be applied if the cover or range features nudity or explicit scenes.
03. Please DO NOT reveal explicit content when setting up posters or signs. In case of violations, staff members can request on-site removal.
04. When selling adult-oriented or R18-restricted goods, please check the identification documents to verify the buyer's age. Selling to underage participants is strictly prohibited, and the circle is solely responsible in case of legal violations.
Booth Cleanliness:
01. Dispose of trash in the provided garbage bags. Before leaving, place securely tied garbage bags and flattened empty paper boxes on the tabletop.
02. DO NOT use the provided garbage bags to store personal items to avoid confusion with items intended for disposal.
03. DO NOT discard large items; the circle must handle the disposal costs if the case happens.
Queue Management:
01. In case of crowded conditions or the need to queue in front of the circle area, notify on-site staff for assistance in organizing the queue.
02. Circles should actively manage the crowd order at their tabletop area. After staff assistance in organizing the queue, they will return to their duties and may only be able to assist in queue management for a shorter time. Circles are advised to assess and prepare queue personnel accordingly.
Circle Entry:
Please present the “Booth Number Notification” at the designated entry time, and staff will guide you to the dedicated window for overseas circles.
01. One booth allows entry for 3 individuals. Only one simultaneous access will be processed. Please wait for all participants to gather before entering together.
02. Complimentary guidelines and entry souvenirs will be placed on the booth tabletop in advance; no need to be collected at the circle entrance.
*Note: Circle entry time will be suspended 10 minutes before the event starts for clearing of aisles. Please be aware of the entry time.
Event Opening:
Basic English communication is possible inside the venue, and preparing small cards with traditional Chinese can help communicate. For shopping, you can use phrases like, 「請問這個多少錢呢?」(How much is this?)
★ In case of any difficulties, please go to the information booth for assistance.
★ Taiwanese participants often exchange self-designed postcards for communication, so preparing some postcards for exchange is a good idea!
