【Event Guidelines】Regulations
We kindly request all participants to engage in respectful and considerate communication, adhering to basic etiquette. Please avoid making inappropriate comments or behaviours.
We define 「participants」 as people 「in」 and 「around」 the venue; the staff will manage the order on site. Participants, please follow the on-site organizer's guide for a pleasant experience.
★DO NOT cause any form of violence, threat, robbery, theft, or sexual harassment. We will inform the police.
★No photography or live streaming is allowed inside the venue. This is to avoid causing distress to others. The following conditions are excluded:
01. Take photos of the circle itself and the booth layout.
02. Take a group photo inside the booth or against the wall, but please avoid other circles.
03. If you want to take photos of the products and decorations at the booth, please make sure to ask permission.

Circles, visitors and Coser must read and cooperate with 【Event Guidelines】 and 【Regulations】. If any incidents occur during the event, please inform the staff, and they will deal with them immediately.
Prohibited Behaviors Inside and Around the Venue
01. DO NOT cause any form of violence, threat, robbery, theft, or sexual harassment. We will inform the police.
02. DO NOT Smoke, drink alcohol, use fire and run in the venue for safety reasons. Please refrain from engaging in any risky behaviour.
03. DO NOT connect the venue's power supply without permission. Please bring your power bank.
04. DO NOT place luggage or goods near emergency exits, stairs, entrances, fire extinguishers or sirens. Avoid sitting in these areas as well.
05. DO NOT distribute flyers rather than fan-made circles without permission. (such as printing plant, bank, food stand....) Please ask before you hand it to the circles.
06. DO NOT perform unauthorized performances, set up large displays on booths, splash paint or damage the venue.
07. DO NOT change the organizing booth's arrangement, signs or display items without permission.
08. DO NOT climb on structures, trees or art installations. Compensation is required for any damages incurred.
09. DO NOT occupy toilets, metro stations, stores, or other non-event areas to avoid inconveniencing others.
10. DO NOT sell food items.
11. DO NOT sell event tickets or any other event-related tickets.
12. DO NOT occupy the circle areas, aisles, entrances, etc., to prevent congestion and maintain order within the venue.
13. DO NOT carry objects or sharp items exceeding 1 meter in the circle displaying area.

06. DO NOT perform unauthorized performances, set up large displays on booths, splash paint or damage the venue.
07. DO NOT change the organizing booth's arrangement, signs or display items without permission.
08. DO NOT climb on structures, trees or art installations. Compensation is required for any damages incurred.
09. DO NOT occupy toilets, metro stations, stores, or other non-event areas to avoid inconveniencing others.
10. DO NOT sell food items.
11. DO NOT sell event tickets or any other event-related tickets.
12. DO NOT occupy the circle areas, aisles, entrances, etc., to prevent congestion and maintain order within the venue.
13. DO NOT carry objects or sharp items exceeding 1 meter in the circle displaying area.
Prohibited Items
01. Dangerous items.
02. Accessories and props with potential for aggression.
03. Personal transportation. (ex. kick scooter)
04. Attack or throw objects.
05. Amplifier or stereo systems.

Additional Notes
01. The organizers will define matters not covered above of prohibited behaviours, items, or activities for judgment.
02. Please check the locations of emergency exits before the event. The activity will immediately cease in case a major disaster happens; participants are advised to follow staff instructions for evacuation.
03. If you encounter any suspicious items, please promptly report them to the staff. DO NOT move them arbitrarily to avoid potential danger.
04. The unauthorized press is not permitted. Please apply in advance if the press needs to conduct interviews. The approved press will be issued press credentials. Participants encountering individuals who don't have press credentials can refuse interviews and notify event staff.
05. Broadcasts do not provide lost and found services. Please prearrange meeting points with your companions. If parents bring children to the event, it is advised to accompany them throughout to prevent any possibility of getting lost.
06. Exercise caution in safeguarding your money, mobile phones, and all valuable belongings to prevent pickpocketing or theft.
07. Participants are encouraged to move in groups, avoid wandering off alone, and stay away from isolated areas to reduce the risk of encountering people with bad intentions.
