* On-site ticket purchases are available at the event venue. Participants are welcome to purchase tickets on-site at any time.

* The number of on-site tickets can only be purchased according to the number of participants. Please enter the entrance queue together.

* Pre-sale Tickets: The pre-sale ticket can be exchanged for an entrance guidebook and souvenir during the event. Limited quantity, available while supplies last.

* On-site Ticket Purchase: The guidebook and entrance souvenirs are along with the on-site ticket purchased. Limited quantity, available while supplies last.

▶ We kindly request all participants to engage in respectful and considerate communication, adhering to basic etiquette. Please avoid making inappropriate comments or behaviours.

▶ We define "participants" as people "in" and "around" the venue; the staff will manage the order on site. Participants, please follow the on-site organizer's guide for a pleasant experience.

★ DO NOT dress up and make-up in non-dressing areas such as toilets, metro stations and stores in the vicinity of the venue. This is to avoid causing inconvenience to the general public and the attendees. Staff will regularly patrol the surrounding toilets.

★ DO NOT wear excessively revealing or inappropriate clothing and costumes. If you refuse to cooperate, stuff reserve the right to inform the police.

★ DO NOT cause any form of violence, threat, robbery, theft, or sexual harassment. We will inform the police.

★ No photography or live streaming is allowed inside the venue. This is to avoid causing distress to others. The following conditions are excluded:

01. Take photos of the circle itself and the booth layout.

02. Take a group photo inside the booth or against the wall, but please avoid other circles.

03. If you want to take photos of the products and decorations at the booth, please make sure to ask permission.

Fitting Room Rules:

▶ Circle Coser: opens at 09: 30. Please enter the venue at circle entry time first, then dress up.

▶ Coser: opens at 10: 30. Please enter the venue first, then dress up.

Fitting rooms, fitting tents, and storage areas will be provided within the event venue.

01. DO NOT occupy the fitting rooms for a long time due to the limited number of fitting tents.

02. Fitting rooms will be divided into female and male sections. Please DO NOT enter a dressing room of a different gender (based on biological gender).

03. DO NOT dye, spray, or use any products that may stain the venue. Cutting wigs is also not allowed.

04. Personal items should be kept in the fitting room. Staff will regularly patrol and remove items.

05. Damages to fitting room walls, equipment, and fitting tents caused by abnormal use will be charged accordingly.

06. Please collectively maintain a clean environment in the venue. Dispose of trash in designated bins. If there are any issues in the fitting room area, please inform the staff for resolution.

Notice:

01. DO NOT wear makeup/dress up in non-dressing areas such as toilets, metro stations, and stores to avoid causing inconvenience to the general public and venue operators. Staff will regularly patrol the surrounding toilets.

02. DO NOT wear excessively revealing or inappropriate clothing for public occasions. Non-compliance may result in police intervention. For the costume restrictions, please see below.

03. DO NOT dress as military, police or any realistic professional that may cause panic. The organizers reserve the right to request a change of attire and departure from the event area.

04. Please conduct COSPLAY within the specified area.

05. DO NOT carry objects or sharp items exceeding 1 meter in the circle displaying area.

06. DO NOT occupy the circle areas, aisles, entrances, etc., to prevent congestion and maintain order within the venue.

07. Please conduct COSPLAY within the specified area.

08. DO NOT perform unauthorized performances, set up large displays on booths, splash paint or damage the venue.

09. DO NOT engage in aggressive or inappropriate behaviour. If advice is repeatedly ignored, staff has the right to request the participant to leave.

10. Participants are encouraged to move in groups, avoid wandering off alone, and stay away from isolated areas to reduce the risk of encountering people with bad intentions.

11. If planning to arrive at the venue full-dressed, wearing a coat or taking a taxi is recommended.

12. In case of any accidents, please notify staff immediately.

13. Before leaving, please check if you have all your belongings. After the organizers announce the end of the event, Entrance and exit are only for the circle.

14. The organizers will define matters not covered above of prohibited behaviours, items, or activities for judgment.
